A6092 + A6093 Silicon Tubing

All tools for assembly and disassembly are identified by a triangle, thus, providing an explicit allocation to the RE-LINK SI/TO system.

The RE-LINK SI/TO program has been exclusively developed for assembly/disassembly with silicon tubing of the product types A6092 and A6093 and may not be used in combination with other tubing. The fitting system has been adapted to the specific properties of these tubing. Function and safety features cannot be ensured if a combination with other tubing would apply; liability will be precluded.

Assembly Instructions

Die Hülse mit verjüngtem Ende zuerst auf den Schlauch schieben.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Silicon-Schlauch gerade abgeschnitten ist.

Die Armatur nun gerade bis zum letzten Zahn in den Schlauch einführen (siehe Bild 4)

Anschließend dann die Hülse soweit wie möglich auf die Armatur schieben und den vorkonfektionierten Schlauch in das Montagewerkzeug einlegen.

Ziehen Sie am Schlauchende, während Sie gleichzeitig mit dem Universalkegel durch die Hebelwirkung die Armatur in den Schlauch schieben.

Die Hülse muss bündig an der Armatur anliegen.

Disassembly Instructions

Stecken Sie zur Demontage das entsprechende Demontagewerkzeug ein und sichern es.

Legen Sie das Schlauchende mit der Armatur in das Demontagewerkzeug – und verriegeln es.

Ziehen Sie am Schlauch und drehen gleichzeitig die Hülse ab.

Ziehen Sie den Schlauch von der Armatur.

Hülse und Armatur können nun wieder verwendet werden.
